We are looking for a candidate for the position of Specialist in Accounting and Controlling.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a subordinate team (several people) in the embroidery department
• Managing and ensuring the continuity of production during the shift
• Ensuring safe work practices in accordance with internal procedures, standards, and required norms
• Responsibility for achieving the production plan of the subordinate team
• Creating reports, schedules, and production documentation
• Collaborating with other departments for proper task planning
• Actively participating in the development and maintenance of procedures and standards
• Sharing acquired knowledge to enhance the qualifications of subordinates and fostering their development

Requirements:

• Experience in managing production workers
• Excellent work organization
• Availability for shift work
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
• Team management skills, including motivation and development of subordinates
• Outstanding communication skills
• Analytical skills (working with indicators)

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of the English language
• Knowledge of SAP
• Experience in the garment embellishment industry
